Executive Coaching
We work with anyone interested in generating more sales, improving personal and team results, and building accountability systems that work.
Our executive coaching services include:
- Sales Plan– we will coach you to create yours, or you can hire us to write it for you (for professionals whose primary job function is sales)
- Personal Marketing Plan– we will coach you to create yours, or you can hire us to write it (for professionals whose primary job function is not marketing or sales, but who are required to engage in some level of “self-promotion” in their work)
- Referral Marketing Strategies and Systems – we coach professionals in relationship marketing techniques, in order to strengthen their relationships with colleagues who will send them referrals and act, in effect, as their “unpaid sales force”
- Personal influence – we coach and train in areas of interpersonal communications,
body language, active listening, tailoring communications to particular situations
or difficult encounters
- Management performance software solutions – we can help implement internet-based
software that gives you oversight of individual performer’s goals and tasks
- Action learning – we provide group coaching sessions for work process improvement
and helping functional team leaders create stronger bonds for working together effectively
- Emotional intelligence – we help introverted personalities improve their skills
of self- and other-awareness in order to be more effective in their work

We worked with Karen to assess our team member’s attitudes, and to create customized workshops and moderate group coaching sessions.
